“As to these things I am forewarning YOU, the same way as I did forewarn YOU, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s kingdom. On the other hand, the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control. Against such things there is no law. Moreover, those who belong to Christ Jesus impaled the flesh together with its passions and desires. If we are living by spirit, let us go on walking orderly also by spirit. Let us not become egotistical, stirring up competition with one another, envying one another.” Galatians 5:21-26. NW
Citizen's In Need
“If a brother or a sister is in a naked state and lacking the food sufficient for the day, yet a certain one of YOU says to them: “Go in peace, keep warm and well fed,” but YOU do not give them the necessities for [their] body, of what benefit is it? Thus, too, faith, if it does not have works, is dead in itself.” James 2:15-17. NW
“Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, YOU who have been blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for YOU from the founding of the world. For I became hungry and YOU gave me something to eat; I got thirsty and YOU gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and YOU received me hospitably; naked, and YOU clothed me. I fell sick and YOU looked after me. I was in prison and YOU came to me.’ Then the righteous ones will answer him with the words, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty, and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and receive you hospitably, or naked, and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to you?’ And in reply the king will say to them, ‘Truly I say to YOU, To the extent that YOU did it to one of the least of these my brothers, YOU did it to me.’” Matthew 25:34-40. NW
“And this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come.” Jesus said this kingdom news WILL be preached. He knew there would be some who would be faithful to his commission. But all of us Christians, everyone of us is charged with this responsibility. And God WILL hold us accountable. Matthew 24:14.NW
. . “We shall all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written: “‘As I live,’ says Jehovah, ‘to me every knee will bend down, and every tongue will make open acknowledgment to God.’ ”So, then, each of us will render an account for himself to God. How are we doing in regard to this witness? Romans 14:10-12. NW
The term witness is a legal term. That’s why God can hold us accountable. He is the court of last resort. But we may have a problem. Just what is it we have witnessed about the kingdom, that we can witness or tell others about? Can you really explain to someone else just what your government is all about? Can they see in your life, what it means to be a kingdom citizen? In other words, could you make a credible witness? In legal cases, the prosecutor or defense prepare there witnesses to give a credible witness. Jesus does the same thing. A Christian witness speaks against Satan and in behalf of God. There are two things that make a credible Christian witness.
(1) knowledge of God and Jesus as found in the Bible, and
(2) Personal experience through application of the Bible’s principles and promises coming true. A Christian gains his experience in relation with others, Christian and non-Christian. Through that relation, he grows, matures.
In other words, a Christian needs partners to grow fastest and surer. That’s the purpose of the congregation, Christ’s body. In order to be a fit citizen for the kingdom, this growth must take place. We grow and our disciples grow. Jesus promised that if we seek the kingdom first, he would give us spiritual, social, mental, physical, emotional and financial security, the same as Adam had before he rebelled.
As a cyber-congregation, we ask you to partner with us in fulfilling your commission as a witness. When we have partners in an endeavor, it makes things easier.
What would you be doing as a partner? We’ve broken it down into three parts:
· Active involvement in the congregation.
· Prayer team
· Donations
Here are ways you can be involved:
· Giving your testimony
· Give comfort
· Listening
· Helping where needed
· Offering counsel
· Writing articles
· Providing sermons
· Providing songs, especially if you composed them
· Teaching
· Sharing your experiences
· Doing whatever’s needed as detailed in the scriptures above.
Prayer team: Be an active prayer for others in the congregation. Especially those going through growing pains or fighting Satan.
Donations: It takes money and supplies to run a ministry. There are also those who are in need. We do not ask for any certain amount because God’s spirit will speak to one in harmony with their ability or the need.
“Share with the holy ones according to their needs. Follow the course of hospitality.” Romans 12:13. NW

“Do not be anxious over anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication along with thanksgiving let YOUR petitions be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard YOUR hearts and YOUR mental powers by means of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7. NW
“Consequently Peter was being kept in the prison; but prayer to God for him was being carried on intensely by the congregation.” Acts 12:5. NW
“Then he went on to tell them an illustration with regard to the need for them always to pray and not to give up.” Luke 18:1.
“Is there anyone suffering evil among YOU? Let him carry on prayer. Is there anyone in good spirits? Let him sing psalms. Is there anyone sick among YOU? Let him call the older men of the congregation to [him], and let them pray over him, greasing [him] with oil in the name of Jehovah. And the prayer of faith will make the indisposed one well, and Jehovah will raise him up. Also, if he has committed sins, it will be forgiven him. Therefore openly confess YOUR sins to one another and pray for one another, that YOU may get healed. A righteous man’s supplication, when it is at work, has much force.” James 5:13-16. NW
“With every form of prayer and supplication YOU carry on prayer on every occasion in spirit. And to that end keep awake with all constancy and with supplication in behalf of all the holy ones, also for me, that ability to speak may be given me with the opening of my mouth, with freeness of speech to make known the sacred secret of the good news, for which I am acting as an ambassador in chains; that I may speak in connection with it with boldness as I ought to speak”. Ephesians 6:18-20. NW
“Again I truly say to YOU, If two of YOU on earth agree concerning anything of importance that they should request, it will take place for them due to my Father in heaven. For where there are two or three gathered together in my name, there I am in their midst.” Matthew 18:19-20.
